1. Scope and payment provider
This policy applies to paid monthly Save2Brain subscriptions provided by Sababa Creations, whose legal details are in the Terms of service. Free-plan use does not involve a subscription charge and is not eligible for a monetary refund.
Paddle.com conducts our order process as reseller and Merchant of Record, handles customer service and returns, and appears as the seller on the transaction receipt. Paddle also handles checkout, payment collection, applicable tax and invoice functions, and the payment-side processing of approved refunds.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal when available, or by emailing [email protected]. Send the request from the email address connected to your Save2Brain account.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period. Your existing plan and remaining allowance continue until that boundary, and the subscription will not renew after cancellation takes effect. Cancellation by itself does not create a prorated refund for the current period.
When you explicitly confirm “Cancel subscription and delete account” in Settings, we request immediate cancellation and verify it before removing your saved data. You give up remaining paid access and unused credits. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund. The eligibility rules below and your statutory rights continue to apply; contact support from your account email if you need a refund after deletion.
3. First-purchase money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your first paid Save2Brain subscription charge within 30 calendar days after the transaction date, provided that no more than 25 processing credits have been consumed since the paid period began and no paid-plan video processing has completed. This guarantee applies once per Paddle customer and Save2Brain account. It does not renew with later plan changes or subscription renewals.
4. Renewal refund window
You may request a full refund of a subscription renewal within seven calendar days after the renewal transaction date only if zero processing credits have been consumed and no paid-plan video processing has completed since that renewal period began.
5. Effect of an approved refund
A verified refund request may place the account on a temporary billing hold while it is reviewed and processed. Once the approved refund is resolved, the refunded paid entitlement ends, unused paid-plan allowance becomes unavailable, and the account returns to the Free plan unless another valid paid entitlement remains. The refund does not erase prior processing or billing audit records or make consumed credits negative.
6. Other refund eligibility
We will also provide a full or appropriate partial refund when:
- the same purchase was charged more than once;
- the charged amount or plan differs from the confirmed order;
- a charge was taken after a cancellation had already become effective;
- a paid plan could not be activated or materially delivered because of a verified Save2Brain fault that we could not resolve within a reasonable time; or
- applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.
7. Charges that are generally not refundable
Except for the first-purchase guarantee, the circumstances above, or a right required by law, we do not ordinarily refund:
- a current monthly period merely because the subscription was cancelled before that period ended;
- a renewal requested after its seven-day window or after any processing credit or paid-plan video processing was used in the renewed period;
- a first paid purchase after more than 25 processing credits were consumed or paid-plan video processing completed;
- other consumed processing credits, completed provider processing, or a plan period that has been substantially used;
- inability to process a source because it is unsupported, unavailable, unlawful to use, or rejected by the product’s safety and validation controls; or
- suspension or termination resulting from a material violation of the Terms of service.
8. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address connected to your Save2Brain account. Include the Paddle transaction or receipt identifier, the charge date, and a short explanation. Do not send a complete card number, bank-account credentials, passwords, one-time codes, or identity documents by email.
You may also contact Paddle buyer support directly about a Paddle payment. You do not need to contact Save2Brain first to use that channel.
For updates, reply to the same email conversation and include any case reference we have provided.
9. Review and payment timing
We aim to acknowledge your request within 48 hours of receiving it, even if we need more information. We aim to decide a refund request within five business days of receiving the information needed to review it. If more information or time is needed, we will explain why and when to expect the next update. This does not extend any applicable complaint-resolution deadline or mandatory right.
Approved refunds are requested through Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Paddle may review the request, and the time for funds to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the buyer’s bank. We cannot promise an exact bank-processing date.
10. Related terms and mandatory rights
This policy should be read with the Terms of service, Privacy policy, and Digital delivery and shipping policy. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.
